Sinti is the Chahta word for "Snake". The scrolls well, some call them swirls, scrolls others spirals. They're on the Choctaw Cultural Center's logo too.
Since most sashes were made with red wool, and the swirls were made with white pony beads, I wanted the soap to reflect that. There’s lots of Choctaw stories that go with these scrolls. Go read about them and give yourself some Choctaw Culture! Search for Sintiholo or Sinti lapitta. This soap is scented with a warming blend of cedarwood, sandalwood and leather with a rich amber finish.
